Delivery orders must be canceled by 10 am on the day of delivery. Other purchases can be canceled within 24 hours.
Damages or Defects
Submit claims for damaged or defective items within two business days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Document any damage to packaging or products at the time of receipt for us to process a damage claim. Keep all damaged materials.
Claims must be reported immediately by calling us at (619) 214-0079 or emailing at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide photos of the damaged products. Requests received after two business days after delivery are not allowed.
