Black Garlic Salt

Black Garlic is the new must-have ingredient for chefs, cooking shows, and home-cooks. Black garlic is soft, slightly sticky, and mildly sweet with savory, rich undertones, quite different from normal fresh garlic. After aging 60 days, it is gently dried to preserve flavor to make the finished powder then mixed with kosher sea salt with a 50:50 ratio.
