The crowns were beautiful but so so heavy for two 7 year olds and two 5 year olds which I had most definitely specifically mentioned over and over. I had even specified what flowers to use and where but they added so many (beautiful but too heavy) heavy roses the kids could not stand wearing them. Also lack of communication and professionalism, i received a 20% off coupon right after I purchased 5 individual roses. If the staff had informed me of the coupon I would receive then I would have surely bought the roses first in order to save some on my 200$ purchase and they would have received lots more business from me and friends because it would have been the honest thing to do! They also send text messages but do not communicate with clients through them. It seems odd and unprofessional.
